GLOBAL CHURCH PLANTING:
Launch 10 new church planting movements in areas around the world that are less than 2% Christian.
DOMESTIC CHURCH PLANTING:
Plant 50 ethnic reproducing churches in the state of Nebraska through strategic ministry partnerships.
NEXT(THIS) GENERATION LEADERS:
Identify and transition NEXT generation leaders into significant roles of leadership and influence at LBC and beyond.
ELIMINATE DEBT:
Eliminate the debt in 3 years through the equivalent of 3000 people willing to give $3000 dollars (less than $3 a day).
PERSONAL MISSON PLAN:
Raise up 3000 people in the next 3 years who will complete and begin to implement a personal mission
plan in order to live a decade on purpose.
MULTIPLIED VISION:
Enter into a mentoring relationship with six other likeminded but smaller churches (less than 1000 in
attendance) in the Midwest for mutual encouragement, growth and vision - the decade vision
multiplied six times over.
